Peter founded Principal Systems in 1993 and
has over 20 years experience in the development
of business software solutions.

John O'Malley, General Manager
Prior to joining PSL in 2006 John worked with
InterTech Development Company (IDC) based
in Chicago a global leader in instrumentation
and customised testing equipment in the automotive
and medical arena.
John held a number of roles including European
Sales Manager, Customer Services Manager and
Instrumentation / Quality Manager.
John also worked in quality and customer service
roles. John has an MBA from Henley Management
College as well as qualifications in project
management and industrial engineering.
Joe
O'Shea, Sales Manager
Joe has over 15 years experience in the logistics
industry. He lectured in the arena for a number
of years and successfully ran his own consultancy
company attaining the Quality Management System
BS5700/ISO9000 for a number of logistics companies.

Pearson, Software Development Manager
Bill
has over 15 years experience in the IT industry,
working in all aspects of software development
in areas such as Manufacturing, Retail, Financials,
Data Analysis and Supply Chain. His expertise
in identifying and adopting technology trends
is crucial in driving the evolution of our
products.

Jacky
Martin, Customer Support Manager
Jacky has extensive knowledge of the UK 3PL
and cold store industry. Jacky previously
worked as IT Manager with Norish and has extensive
experience in the roll out of In-DEX WMS systems.
Her role is to manage customer support for
existing and new sites.
